PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between BJ Andrews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Avigdor Liberman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andrews comes to the cage accompanied by Inflikted. Avigdor Liberman told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Liberman darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Liberman is looking to advance position but Andrews won't allow it.

Liberman is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Andrews doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Liberman .

Liberman is working for an americana but Andrews has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Liberman was thinking about the submission.
Liberman wants to control from the top but Andrews keeps moving.

Andrews is looking for a sweep. Liberman is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Liberman seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Liberman drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Liberman jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Liberman lands a big shot there that rocks Andrews but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Andrews is squirming around, avoiding Liberman 's attempts to control the action.
