The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shinobi takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Shinobi fails to land the takedown.
Sybert throws the kick towards the body but Shinobi avoids it.
Good standup being displayed there by Sybert as he connects with a hook.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Shinobi. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

and Shinobi counters with a nice double leg into side control. Sybert won't be happy with that.

Shinobi decides to stand back up. Shinobi steps back and let's Sybert get back to his feet.

Sybert lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

and Sybert counters with a nice low kick that buckles Shinobi's knee momentarily.
Sybert thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Shinobi if he has to take too many more of those.
Shinobi is breathing heavily.
Sybert keeps Shinobi at a distance using the push kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sybert throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Ari Sybert seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Crunch! Sybert slams his shin into Shinobi's torso.
Sybert cracks Shinobi with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Sybert lands a nice leg kick that just misses Shinobi's sensitive parts.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Sybert uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Shinobi has time to react.

Sybert throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Shinobi stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Sybert moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Sybert throws an overhand right that drops Shinobi like a sack of potatoes! Sybert dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
