Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luke Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Foreman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Foreman has chosen Impaled Nazarene - as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that George Foreman was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foreman throws a leg kick
and Jones counters with a leg kick.
Foreman takes a swing at Jones's ribcage but misses.
Foreman on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Jones lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Jones slips under a jab.
Foreman thows a body shot but no joy.
George Foreman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Foreman keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Foreman throws a sloppy head kick
and Jones counters with a leg kick.
Jones fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Foreman.
A nice leg kick lands there from Jones.
Foreman throws a sloppy head kick and Jones moves out of range easily.
Jones thows a body shot but no joy.
Jones keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Foreman.
Jones misses with a low kick.
Jones throws a leg kick but Foreman sees it coming and moves out of range.
Jones is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Foreman.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jones scores with a crisp jab that stopped Foreman in his tracks.

Jones throws a head kick that misses.
Foreman circles away from the clinch attempt.
Foreman tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Jones looks to land a right hand but Foreman moved out of range.
Foreman blocks a leg kick.
Nice shot lands for Foreman.
Jones moves in looking to clinch but Foreman pushes him off.
Jones throws out a leg kick but Foreman moves out of range and Jones only half commits.
Good leg kick by Jones there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Jones moves into the clinch.
Foreman trying to stall but Jones improves his position.
Foreman tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Jones just stands there and leans against the cage.
Jones with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Jones scores with a knee to the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Foreman throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Joness head.
Jones misses with a knee to the head.
Jones takes a shot to the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Foreman lands a shoulder strike.
Foreman is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Jones looking to stall.
Jones tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Jones tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Foreman avoids it.
Foreman tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Jones smiles and moves away.
Luke Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of George Foreman.
Foreman stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Jones.
Jones misses with a wild body shot.
Foreman moves out of range of the leg kick from Jones.
Foreman throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Jones gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Jones tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Foreman is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Jones buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Jones!! Jones is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Foreman throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
