The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacksson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but van der Vaart swivels and escapes.
Jacksson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but van der Vaart moves away.
van der Vaart cracks Jacksson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
It looks like Arnold Jacksson has been cut.
Jacksson looks for a takedown but van der Vaart sprawls well.
Jacksson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. van der Vaart defends it nicely.
Soloman van der Vaart has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Arnold Jacksson.
van der Vaart fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Jacksson on the side of the head.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
van der Vaart lands a lovely overhand right.
Jacksson tries to move into range but van der Vaart moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
van der Vaart sends Jacksson crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! van der Vaart is motioning to the referee to let Jacksson up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Jacksson is rocked!
That has opened up Arnold Jacksson's cut even more.
Jacksson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Jacksson is still on wobbly legs! Can van der Vaart finish him?
van der Vaart misses the shot to the body.
Jacksson is trying desperately to land a takedown but van der Vaart is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Jacksson.
van der Vaart darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Jacksson's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles van der Vaart before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Soloman van der Vaart!
