Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bartly Gorman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Pegas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gorman comes to the cage accompanied by The Hours - Ali in the jungle. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gorman throws a leg kick but Pegas sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Pegas connects with a nice looking jab.

Pegas clinches.

Gorman breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Gorman throws a shot from downtown. Pegas moves away and avoids it.
Gorman lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pegas circles away quickly and effectively.
Pegas takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

It looks like Jon Pegas has been cut.
Pegas feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Gormans jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A lazy left from Gorman finds it's target.
Pegas waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Gorman.
Gorman fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Pegas looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Pegas tries to clinch there but Gorman circles away.

Gorman throws a left and a right that both miss
and Pegas connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Pegas checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Gorman throws a sloppy head kick and Pegas moves out of range easily.

Gorman gets tackled into the cage by Pegas. Pegas maintains the clinch.
Pegas is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Gorman blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Pegas.

It looks like Bartly Gorman has been cut.

Gorman pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Pegas uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gorman.
No joy there for Gorman, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Gorman tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pegas was well out of range. Poor timing from Gorman.

Gorman avoids a wild elbow strike from Pegas.
Gorman throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pegas blocks a punch to the side of the head.

The referee is keeping an eye on Pegas - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Pegas's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Pegas duly obliges.

and Gorman counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Gorman cracks Pegas with a right hand to the side of the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gorman is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Pegas tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Gorman manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The crowd cheers as Gorman lands an impressive looking overhand right. Pegas doesn't seem phased though.

Gorman can't find room to land a body shot as Pegas controls the action.

Pegas creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Pegas continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Gorman has had enough of the clinch but Pegas keeps him there for the moment.
Pegas gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Bartly Gorman's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Pegas misses with a hook to the ribs.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Bartly Gorman will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Gorman closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Pegas has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Gorman.
Pegas moves to clinch but Gorman breaks away
enabling Gorman to counter with a crisp jab.

That has opened up Jon Pegas's cut even more.
Bartly Gorman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Pegas counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Gorman thinking.

Jeez, Bartly Gorman's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

Nice defenses there by Pegas.

Gorman uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Pegas has time to react.
Pegas is still on wobbly legs! Can Gorman finish him?
Gorman weaves into range and cracks Pegas right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Pegas goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Gorman is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bartly Gorman!
