Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kane Fury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zen Blood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fury shoots in for a takedown but Blood shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Blood shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fury defends it nicely.

Fury manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Blood on his heels. He'll look to pass Blood's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Blood looking for a guillotine here but Fury defends easily.

Fury is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Blood is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Blood has escaped and now he's on top!

Fury working for a triangle but Blood defends it easily.

Blood has gone for a leg lock! Fury slips out almost immediately though and dives into Blood's guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Fury postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Blood is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Fury, into his guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Fury tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Blood drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Blood seems to have locked his on tight now - Fury screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Blood, as he picks up the win!
