The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Papadopoulos tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Silva swivels and escapes.

Silva darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Silva wants to pass the guard but Papadopoulos is defending well.

Papadopoulos is trying to stick to Silva's back but Silva is turning into Papadopoulos. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Papadopoulos's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Silva.
