Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Aiden Rivers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Koral Creyonte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rivers comes to the cage accompanied by hed(pe)- Bartender. The key to victory for Aiden Rivers has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aiden Rivers!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Koral Creyonte!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivers looks to land a right hand but Creyonte moved out of range.
Creyonte bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Rivers misses with a few strikes there.
Rivers falls off balance throwing a combination

and Creyonte counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Creyonte.
Creyonte goes for a takedown in the clinch but Rivers prevents it.
Creyonte is working for takedown but Rivers is calmly controlling the position for now.

Rivers is fighting off a takedown attempt but Creyonte is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Rivers to the mat. Rivers regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Creyonte not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Creyonte in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Rivers looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Creyonte trying to control the position from guard on top but Rivers is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Creyonte throwing strikes from guard but Rivers blocks nicely.

Rivers looking to hit a scissor sweep but Creyonte is one step ahead there.
Rivers is trying to control the position but Creyonte postures up.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Rivers is on top in guard.
Creyonte is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Rivers stands and throws Creyonte's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Creyonte is looking to reverse the position.
Creyonte is not content to let Rivers control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Creyonte is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Rivers in side control lands a decent elbow.


It looks like Koral Creyonte has been cut.

Rivers is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Creyonte knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Creyonte tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Rivers wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Creyonte tries to improve position but can't.
Creyonte manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Creyonte is looking for a sweep. Rivers is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Rivers is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Creyonte sees it coming and defends easily.

Creyonte looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

Creyonte won't allow Rivers to pass to mount.
Creyonte is staying active underneath Rivers, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Creyonte wants to control but Rivers is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Creyonte is looking to improve his position.
Creyonte makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Creyonte.
Creyonte avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Rivers distracts Creyonte with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Rivers throws a big right hand that misses.
Rivers pushing down on Creyonte's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Creyonte is refusing to be controlled, as Rivers sits in half guard.

Creyonte is trying to get back to full guard.
Creyonte trying to control but Rivers postures up.
Creyonte is looking to improve his position.

Rivers is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Rivers seems to be looking for submissions.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Creyonte wants to get back to full guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ground and pound from Rivers.
Creyonte gets back to full guard.
Rivers stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Creyonte swivels though and keeps the full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Rivers wants to land a leg kick but Creyonte is out of range.
Creyonte throws a poor cross that misses
and Rivers counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Rivers slaps away a takedown attempt from Creyonte, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Creyonte tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Rivers manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Rivers shoots in looking for a takedown. Creyonte tries to sprawl out of it but Rivers keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Creyonte manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Creyonte misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Creyonte closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Creyonte creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Rivers sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Creyonte wants to control but Rivers is keeping him busy.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rivers tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Creyonte wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Aiden Rivers overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Creyonte tries to move to mount but Rivers blocks the move with his legs.
Creyonte throwing strikes but Rivers manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
Creyonte tries to buck Rivers off but Rivers is having none of it.
Rivers works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.


That has opened up Koral Creyonte's cut even more.

Rivers tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Creyonte takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Rivers content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Rivers landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Creyonte is not content to let Rivers control the position.

Rivers looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Rivers working away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rivers creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.


The cut above Koral Creyonte's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Koral Creyonte's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Koral Creyonte's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Aiden Rivers!
Aiden Rivers decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
