Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mantis Toboggan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dai Hard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Toboggan's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Reaching Out. Dai Hard has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Toboggan misses.
Toboggan lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Hard throws a right hand that misses
and Toboggan counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Dai Hard has been cut.
Toboggan walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Hard checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Toboggan misses with a body shot.
Toboggan stuffs the takedown attempt from Hard. Hard gets slowly back to his feet.
Toboggan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Toboggan thows a body shot but no joy.
Hard throws a hook to the side of Toboggan's head but Toboggan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hard jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Hard misses with an uppercut.
Jab, jab by Toboggan - just one landing.
Toboggan connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hard momentarily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Nice jab there from Toboggan.

Toboggan lands with a thumping leg kick.
Hard avoids the body shot from Toboggan.
Hard misses with a straight right.
Mantis Toboggan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Toboggan bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Toboggan lands a body shot.
A nice leg kick lands there from Toboggan.
Toboggan swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hard moves into range and connects with a jab.
Toboggan digs a good hook to Hard's body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Toboggan changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Toboggan misses the shot to the body.
Hard gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Hard takes a swing at Toboggan's ribcage but misses.
A head kick misses from Toboggan.
Toboggan is looking to wear down Hard with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Toboggan drops Hard with a beautiful combination! Hard stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Toboggan is looking for the KO!
Hard is rocked!
Toboggan feints and then cracks Hard's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hard down.
Hard is still on wobbly legs! Can Toboggan finish him?
Hard looks gassed!
Are you kidding me?! Toboggan ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Hard clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mantis Toboggan!
A relieved looking Mantis Toboggan thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
