Sanchez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Lil'Wayne - John kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Silva takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Sonny Silva has been cut.
Silva steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sanchez.
Sanchez throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Silva's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Sanchez dives in looking to finish as Silva flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Sanchez's strikes! Sanchez is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Silva's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Silva was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
