The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcferson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
It looks like Qba Mcferson has been cut.
Mcferson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Zimmerman shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Zimmerman tries to bum rush Mcferson with a series of wild strikes but Mcferson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
No joy there for Zimmerman, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Zimmerman will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Zimmerman scores with a hook to the body. Mcferson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Zimmerman throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Mcferson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Zimmerman.
Zimmerman lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Mcferson is looking to close the distance but Zimmerman sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Mcferson crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Mcferson is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
