Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dre Parker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Eric Chase!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, John Mangel and Donatello Bradman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Chase wants to slow Parker down by chopping away at his legs.
Parker with a jab.
Parker connects with an inside leg kick.
Chase swings away with a leg kick that misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Parker. Chase does a little dance to reset his feet.
Chase pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Chase has closed the distance and engaged Parker in a clinch.
Chase looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Chase's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Parker lands an overhand right.
Chase throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Chase clinches with his opponent.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Parker.
Parker lands a shoulder strike.
Parker lands a body shot in the clinch.
Parker prevents Chase from breaking the clinch.
Chase is trying to break the clinch but Parker is controlling him.
Parker digs a right hand into Chase's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Chase's gas tank.
Chase is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Parker digs a right hand underneath Chase's ribcage. Chase let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Chase looks gassed!
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Parker.
Parker lands a right hand.
Parker lands an uppercut.
Chase tries to circle away but Parker has him pinned against the cage.
Chase is trying to break the clinch but Parker is controlling him.
A body shot lands from Parker.
Chase has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Chase is trying to break the clinch but Parker is controlling him.
Chase is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A short uppercut from Parker.
Parker prevents Chase from breaking the clinch.
Parker lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.


Chase is rocked!
Parker creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Chase with a big uppercut! Chase tries to clinch up but Parker pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Chase to the mat! Chase covers up and Parker unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Dre Parker!
