And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mr Woo!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kyle misses with a lunging right hand
and Woo counters with a straight right hand.
Kyle misses with a body shot
and Woo counters with a three punch combo that has Kyle backing up. Kyle nods at Woo to acknowledge the strikes.
Woo slips a straight right by Kyle.
Kyle misses with a left hand

and Woo counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Kyle manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Woo manages to get himself to full guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Woo wants to sweep but no luck.
Woo is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Woo working for a triangle but Kyle defends it easily.
Kyle is looking to work some ground and pound but Woo has wrist control.
Woo looking for a sweep. Not yet Woo, not yet.

Woo is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Woo has his foot on Kyle's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kyle works his way back into a safe position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kyle has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Kyle stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Woo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Woo looking for a guillotine here but Kyle defends easily.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Kyle postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Kyle working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Woo's head.
Kyle connects with a couple of short punches.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kyle throws an elbow that misses. Woo uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Kyle's guard. Nice move by Woo!

Kyle striking off his back but it's not causing Woo any problems.
Woo is working Kyle over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Kyle wants to sweep here but Woo controlling him for the moment.

Kyle is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Woo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Woo drops back, looking for a kneebar! Kyle looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Kyle looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Kyle!
Kyle lands some shots froms side control.

It looks like Mr Woo has been cut.
Woo manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Kyle seems to be looking for submissions.
Woo is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Kyle scores with a couple of nice shots.
Kyle prevents Woo from improving his position.
Kyle is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Kyle lands strikes from half guard.

Woo looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Woo has hold of Kyle's hands but Kyle slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Kyle is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Kyle works his foot free and advances to mount.
Woo tries to hold on but Kyle pushes him away.
Kyle lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Woo hang on?

That has opened up Mr Woo's cut even more.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Woo is looking to improve his position but Kyle isn't that keen on the idea.

Woo has left one of his arms exposed and Kyle doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Woo screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

Takeru Mark Kyle decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
