Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nag Hambukoo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Pablo Ramlho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hambukoo's entrance music is Darkest Hour. A fine choice. Ramlho has chosen Back To The Primitive - Soulfly as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramlho throws a leg kick
and Hambukoo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A bone on bone clash there as Hambukoo blocks the leg kick.
Hambukoo moves away from the strike by Ramlho.
Ramlho avoids the head kick by Hambukoo.
Ramlho lands with an uppercut that bounces Hambukoo off the cage and back into range.
Ramlho lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Hambukoo throws a body punch but Ramlho moves out of range.
Hambukoo takes a swing at Ramlho's ribcage but misses.

Hambukoo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ramlho as he jumps to the side.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hambukoo. Ramlho does a little dance to reset his feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ramlho throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Ramlho is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

Ramlho is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Hambukoo had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Hambukoo moves forwards but Ramlho connects with a nice, crisp jab.

The fight stays on the outside here - Ramlho looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Ramlho is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hambukoo.

Ramlho gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Hambukoo wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Ramlho has him pressed against the cage.

Hambukoo is trying to control the position but Ramlho postures up.
Hambukoo is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Hambukoo goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Ramlho is on top in guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Hambukoo has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ramlho can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
