The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gadget tries to keep at a distance but Montana has taken the fight into the clinch.
Montana is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Gadget is defending well.
Gadget stalling in the clinch but Montana improves position.
Gadget goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Montana lands a takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Gadget is trying to hold Montana in close to prevent damage but Montana has managed to pass into half guard.
Montana is looking to advance position but Gadget won't allow it.

Montana throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Gadget tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Montana is in Gadget's guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Let's hope that Montana has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
