The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanguine throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Rua.
It looks like Alexander Rua has been cut.
Sanguine closes the distance and pushes Rua back into the ropes.
Sanguine missing with knees to the body.
Rua is looking to take this one to the mat.
Sanguine prevents Rua from breaking the clinch.
Sanguine manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Rua wants to pass the guard but Sanguine is keeping the position.
