Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Meogeedo Machida!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Taro Takaoka and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chaser rushes Machida and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Machida tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Chaser using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Machida has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Chaser blocks the elbow strike.
Chaser throws a knee to the head but misses.
Chaser lands a knee to the head.
Chaser is trying to pull guard but Machida has him pressed against the cage.
Machida tries to land knees in the clinch but Chaser avoids the damage to the body.
Machida lands a knee to the body.
Machida lands an elbow inside.
Machida keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Chaser's efforts to push away.
Machida is pressed up against the cage. Chaser has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Machida down to the mat. Machida avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Chaser darts in and clinches Machida up against the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Machida creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Chaser avoiding damage as Machida throws knees to the body.
Machida with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Machida throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Chaser blocks it with crossed arms.
Machida tries to land a knee to the head but Chaser blocks with his arms.
Machida looks gassed!
Chaser trying to control the position but instead, Machida has worked for underhooks and has pushed Chaser into the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Chaser is trying to maintain a safe position but Machida gets an underhook and turns Chaser into the cage.
Chaser tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Machida smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Storm Chaser. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Chaser shoots and misses
and Machida counters by moving into the clinch.
Machida decides to pull guard.
Chaser throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Machida works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Chaser is looking to advance position but Machida has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Chaser is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Chaser is working to get back to half guard.
Machida quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Machida but it's paid off an Chaser is forced to tap! Nice work by Machida.
