Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Joe Raydune (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Dodson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Raydune comes into the arena with Closer blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Raydune obliges.
Dodson is working for takedown but Raydune is calmly controlling the position for now.

Dodson is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Raydune pulls him back up using the underhooks.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Raydune is trying to get an arm triangle but Dodson is defending well.
Raydune advances nicely into full mount.
Raydune throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Dodson has his hands clasped together but Raydune breaks the hold and Dodson is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Raydune!

Joe Raydune was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
