Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lloyd Christmas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patrick Prototype (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lloyd Christmas has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Prototype darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Prototype is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Prototype wants to get back to his feet.
Prototype trying to control from half guard but Christmas is working away.

Prototype looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Prototype working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Prototype is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Christmas doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Prototype.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Patrick Prototype hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Christmas decides to stand back up. Christmas steps back and let's Prototype get back to his feet.

Patrick Prototype showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Christmas shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Prototype is trying to defend but Christmas finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Prototype wants to control but Christmas is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Prototype has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Christmas should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Prototype has tightened it up now! Christmas should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
