Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker takes one to the chin there.

It looks like Daniel Walker has been cut.
Silva throws a hook to the side of Walker's head but Walker sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Walker throws a head kick that misses.
Silva throws out a loose jab but Walker uses good head movement to avoid it.
Silva throws a lazy right hand but Walker sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Walker avoids the body shot from Silva.
Walker walks into a straight right hand from Silva.
Silva scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Walker throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A slow jab from Silva misses its intended target.
Silva blocks a head kick by Walker.

Silva cracks Walker with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Walker is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Walker is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!

Walker throws a head kick but Silva moves out of range.
Walker looks gassed!
Silva connects with a crushing straight, right on the bridge of Walker's nose, sending him crumpling to the mat! That's really rocked Walker - is he going to beat the count??? 4,5,6,7,8,9.....10 - he's not made it - this one is all over!
