Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Saam Ante and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws the left hand but Hill avoids the punch easily.
Silva misses with a hook.
Hill manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Silva on his heels. He'll look to pass Silva's guard now, I'm sure.
Silva is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Silva looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Hill pushes down on Silva's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Hill trying to control from Silva's half guard. Silva has other ideas though and has regained full guard.

Silva had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hill defends it easily.

Hill is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Silva is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Hill decides to stand back up. Hill steps back and let's Silva get back to his feet.
Hill shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Silva is trying to defend but Hill finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

and Hill counters with a nice double leg into side control. Silva won't be happy with that.

Hill is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Silva doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hill.
Hill looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Hill decides to stand back up.
Hill has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
