Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alex Trager (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodrigo Reefer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Trager looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Trager is trying to work for a kimura but Reefer is defending well.

Reefer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Trager. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Trager looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Trager is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Reefer doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Trager.

Trager is looking to take a break and control but Reefer is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Trager wants to free his trapped foot but Reefer is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Trager has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Reefer!
Reefer wants to get back to his feet.

Trager is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Reefer to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Reefer shrugs it off.

Trager jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Reefer manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Trager has hold of Reefer's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Reefer tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Trager cranks the arm and Reefer screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Reefer, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
