Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Matola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lance Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Stevens's choice of entrance music: I Know What Boys Like. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matola lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Lance Stevens has been cut.
Stevens is looking to land body kicks.
Stevens shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Matola as he avoids it easily.
Matola moves out of range as Stevens throws a body kick.
Matola connects with a looping right hand.
Stevens misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Matola avoids the head kick by Stevens.
Matola throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Stevens stumbling backwards into the cage! Stevens bounces back off the cage towards Matola, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Matola lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Matola celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
