Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don Marciano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pertti Rauta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marciano's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, REDEMPTION SONG. Rauta comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Frederik - Harva Meistä On Rautaa kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rauta tries to score a power double leg takedown but Marciano sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Rauta somewhat.
Rauta stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Marciano.
Marciano scores with a jab.

It looks like Pertti Rauta has been cut.
A good leg kick by Marciano.
A thudding body kick lands there by Rauta!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Marciano changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Rauta rushes Marciano and presses him up against the cage.
Marciano wants to get back to striking at distance but Rauta won't allow it.
Rauta tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Marciano's elbow.
Marciano misses with a punch to the body.
Rauta lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Marciano avoiding damage as Rauta throws knees to the body.
A short body shot lands from Marciano as the two fighters clinch.
Marciano goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Marciano prevents a body shot from Rauta.

Marciano breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Rauta is looking to clinch but Marciano is avoiding it.
Marciano keeps the fight on the outside.
Rauta fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Marciano fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rauta manages to avoid it.
Rauta misses the jab.
Rauta ducks right into an uppercut from Marciano.
Rauta uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Marciano.
Rauta avoids the head kick by Marciano.
Rauta tries to close the distance and clinch up but Marciano swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Nice body kick from Marciano.
Rauta chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Marciano can pounce on him.
Rauta looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Marciano wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Rauta tries to clinch up but Marciano circles away and keeps his distance.
Marciano throws a push kick but Rauta slaps the foot to one side.
Marciano dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Marciano throws a shot to the body.
Marciano thuds his right hand into Rauta's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Marciano lands a nice hook to Rauta's body. Rauta takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Rauta takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Marciano is looking to wear down Rauta with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Marciano moves into range and connects with a jab.

Marciano feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Rauta sprawling to the canvas! Rauta rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Marciano finish him?!

Rauta is rocked!
Marciano fakes the body blow, causing Rauta to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Rauta goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
