The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hussain cracks the inside of Furer's front leg.
Danga de danga de dang - Hussain scores with a four punch combination!
Furer on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Hussain. Hussain obviously looking to wear him down.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A good leg kick by Hussain.
Hussain punishes Furer's body with a nice straight punch.
Furer looks gassed!
Hussain scoring well with a low kick there.
Furer tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Hussain turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Furer is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Hussain lands a big uppercut and Furer crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Furer looks OK. Hussain waves Furer back to his feet!
Furer is rocked!
Furer switches off momentarily and Hussain cracks him with a monster right hand! Furer topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Hussain dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Hussain!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Saddam Hussain!
During a confident post fight interview, Saddam Hussain thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
