Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crixus misses with a double jab.
Manu Crixus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ruutu tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Crixus manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Ruutu shoots for a double leg takedown but Crixus sprawls well. He's pushed Ruutu's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Ruutu makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Crixus really felt that one!

and Ruutu counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Crixus stalks Ruutu and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Ruutu's face. Ruutu staggers backwards, shaken.
Ruutu takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
