Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joe Money!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Renato Reefer!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reefer scores with a jab to the jaw.


It looks like Joe Money has been cut.

Money looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Money looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Reefer with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Money is looking to advance position but Reefer won't allow it.
Money is nestled in close to Reefer, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Money trying to control the pace.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Money works his way into side control.

Reefer is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Money is controlling him well.
Money tries to move into full mount but can't pass Reefer's legs.
Money looking to control but instead Reefer has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.
Money is controlling the pace.
Money is looking to advance position but Reefer won't allow it.

Money is breathing heavily.
Money is trying to control. Reefer wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Money wants to pass the guard but Reefer is defending well.
Money controlling the pace.
Money knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Reefer on the ground.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Joe Money just wasn't active enough.
Reefer throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Reefer throws a combination. Money tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Reefer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Oooooh!!! Reefer has knocked Money down with a huge combo! Reefer steps away and waves a wobbly Money back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Money gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Money tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Reefer is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Money buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Money!! Money is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Reefer throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Renato Reefer!
