Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Katniss Everdeen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yoshi Norifuma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Taro Takaoka and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norifuma ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
The fight stays on the outside here - Norifuma looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Norifuma misses with a body shot.
Everdeen swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Everdeen scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

It looks like Yoshi Norifuma has been cut.
Everdeen throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Norifuma stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Norifuma tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Everdeen misses with a few strikes there.
Norifuma fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Everdeen has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Norifuma tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Everdeen thows a body shot but no joy.
Norifuma avoids the body shot from Everdeen.
Everdeen looks to land a right hand but Norifuma moved out of range.
Norifuma throws out a loose jab but Everdeen uses good head movement to avoid it.
Everdeen throws a shot from downtown. Norifuma moves away and avoids it.
Norifuma stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Norifuma walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
A chopping leg kick lands by Norifuma.
Norifuma lands a head kick. Everdeen smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Everdeen misses with a hook. Norifuma ducked under it nicely.
Everdeen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Norifuma lands a left hand.
Norifuma lands a body shot in the clinch.
Norifuma tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Everdeen lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Norifuma tries to break free but Everdeen pushes him back against the cage.

Norifuma's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

That has opened up Yoshi Norifuma's cut even more.
Norifuma looks gassed!
Norifuma is looking to break free of the clinch but Everdeen has double underhooks.
Norifuma swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Norifuma tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Everdeen creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Norifuma with a big uppercut! Norifuma tries to clinch up but Everdeen pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Norifuma to the mat! Norifuma covers up and Everdeen unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
