Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Chaz Wong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sydney Bussel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Chaz Wong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 2, fighting out of London, Sydney Bussel!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bussel clinches up against the ropes.
A knee to the head by Bussel.
Wong looking to throw knees to the head but Bussel is blocking nicely.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Bussel obliges.
Bussel tries to land knees in the clinch but Wong avoids the damage to the body.
Wong trying to stall but Bussel improves his position.
Maybe Wong would be better served going for some more strikes rather than trying to control so much.
Bussel stalling against the ropes.
Wong tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Wong really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Bussel scores a nice knee to the body.
Bussel lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

Bussel breaks the clinch.
Bussel darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bussel doesn't manage to clinch there - Wong circles away.
Bussel dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Wong. That did some damage!
Bussel feints and then cracks Wong's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Wong down.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Bussel moves into the clinch.
Wong misses with a knee strike.
Bussel unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Bussel blocks the elbow strike.
Bussel is struggling to control the position.
Wong is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Bussel is keeping busy.
Bussel connects with a nasty looking knee right to Wong's face.

Bussel pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
An inside leg kick lands from Bussel.
Bussel fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Wong.
Wong closes the distance looking to clinch
and Bussel makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Bussel moves into the clinch successfully.
Knees to the body from Bussel.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Bussel escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Wong on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Wong avoids the head kick by Bussel.
Wong wants to clinch up but Bussel keeps it at a distance.

Bussel lands a head kick that bluckles Wong and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Bussel no doubt looking to push for a finish!


It looks like Chaz Wong has been cut.
A slapping leg kick lands for Bussel.
Bussel lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Bussel tests Wong's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Wong on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bussel is looking to clinch but Wong is avoiding it.
Wong takes a kick to the side of the head.

Bussel cracks Wong with a left hand that drops him to the canvas, up against the ropes! Can Wong get back up in time? 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... he's on one knee... 8, 9... he's up! 'Walk towards me' says the referee. Wong looks steady enough to continue so we're going to continue!


Wong is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bussel rushes Wong and presses him up against the ropes.
Oh Wong is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A battle for position here, against the ropes.
Wong seems to have got his legs back now.
Bussel landing knees to the head.

Bussel breaks the clinch.
Wong tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Bussel manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Bussel closes the distance and clinches.
A knee to the head by Bussel.
Bussel lands a nice knee to the body.
Bussel tries to stall but Wong uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Wong misses with a knee to the head.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Wong gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Bussel putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Wong in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Bussel as Wong tries to tie him up.

Bussel breaks the clinch.
Bussel throws a leg kick which misses Wong's front leg but catches the back leg as Wong tries to avoid it.
Good leg kick by Bussel there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Bussel lands a damaging elbow.
Bussel lands a nice knee to the body.
Wong is breathing heavily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bussel landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Wong stalling the fight.
Bussel stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Bussel unloads a knee to the mid-section.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sydney Bussel will get the nod in that round, having scored multiple knockdowns.
The cut man is working on Chaz Wong's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Bussel thuds his shin into the meat of Wong's side.
Bussel has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Bussel feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Wong collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Sydney Bussel!
Sydney Bussel seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
