Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Waldemar Moura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oenomaus Tib (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Tib's choice of entrance music: As I Lay Dying - Through Struggle. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Seu Braga and Leandro Rodrigues.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moura on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Moura misses with an uppercut
and Tib counters with a nice low kick that buckles Moura's knee momentarily.
Tib thows a body shot but no joy.
Moura misses with a right hand
and Tib counters with a good low kick that Moura was not able to check.
Tib tries to clinch there but Moura circles away.
Moura throws an off balance right hand
and Tib counters with a leg kick.
Tib tries to close the distance and clinch but Moura swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Tib moves in looking to clinch but Moura pushes him off.
A swing and a miss from Tib.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tib throws a series of punches but Moura avoids them all with ease.

and Moura counters with a nice uppercut.

Moura chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Tib can pounce on him.

Tib fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

It looks like Waldemar Moura has been cut.

Tib tries to clinch up.
Tib blocks a jab.
Tib chopping away at his opponent's legs.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Tib throws a nice outside leg kick.
Moura is breathing heavily.
Tib will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Tib tries to clinch but Moura moves away
and Moura counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Tib lands with a kick to the temple. Moura shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Tib lands a nice shot to the body.

Moura misses with a left hand
and Tib counters with a good low kick that Moura was not able to check.
Tib shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Moura eats them both and turns towards Tib to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Tib just misses with a elbow thrown towards Moura's brow.

Moura wants to break free but Tib has control.
Tib unloads a knee to the mid-section. Moura lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Tib pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Tib with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Tib connects with a right hand. Moura shakes it off.

Tib forces Moura back against the cage and clinches.
Tib lands with a short shot to the head.

Moura is trying to maintain a safe position but Tib gets an underhook and turns Moura into the cage.
Tib lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Tib throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Moura can't break the clinch.
Tib creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Moura's defenses.

Waldemar Moura's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Moura is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Tib tries to land a knee to the head but Moura blocks with his arms.
Moura is looking to break free of the clinch but Tib has double underhooks.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Moura takes a knee to the side of the body.
Tib makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Tib buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Moura takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Moura misses with a double jab
and Tib counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Tib throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tib cracks Moura with a good jab.
Tib lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Oenomaus Tib seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Tib gets a clinch.
Tib pushes off an throws an elbow but Moura leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Tib misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Moura.
Moura tries to break the clinch but Tib is controlling the position.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
