The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stewart forces Hinton back against the cage and clinches.
Hinton blocks an elbow strike from Stewart.
Hinton tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Hinton tries to score a body lock takedown but Stewart shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Hinton manages to pull guard.
Hinton escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stewart gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Stewart wants to stand but Hinton is controlling his posture from full guard.
Stewart avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Hinton is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hinton looking for a guillotine here but Stewart defends easily.

Hinton pushes a forearm under Stewart's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Stewart is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
