Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Jordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Sullivan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sullivan has chosen "Summertime Killer" by Luis Bacalov as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sullivan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Jordan tries to keep at a distance but Sullivan has taken the fight into the clinch.
Sullivan tries for a takedown. No joy.
Sullivan is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Jordan gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Frank Jordan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby Sullivan.
Still in the clinch, Sullivan scores with a nice short uppercut.
Jordan wants to break the clinch but can't.

Sullivan has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jordan is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Jordan tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Sullivan keeps control of Jordan as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Jordan steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sullivan.
Sullivan scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Jordan doesn't seem bothered though.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Jordan misses with a body punch.
Jordan is trying to break the clinch but Sullivan has him pressed against the cage.
Jordan is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Jordan wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Jordan throws a head punch that misses.

Jordan manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Jordan is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Sullivan tries to get to full guard but Jordan has control of the leg.

Sullivan is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Jordan is looking to take a break and control but Sullivan is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Jordan is breathing heavily.
Sullivan is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Jordan postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Sullivan to stand up.
Jordan fails to land the takedown.
Sullivan steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jordan.
Jordan throws a leg kick but Sullivan moved away.
Jordan throws the kick towards the body but Sullivan avoids it.
Sullivan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jordan.
Sullivan slips under a jab from Jordan.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Jordan misses the body punch

and Sullivan counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Sullivan scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Sullivan seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Sullivan content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Jordan is refusing to be controlled, as Sullivan sits in half guard.
Sullivan tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jordan knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Sullivan lands strikes from half guard.
Sullivan is nestled in close to Jordan, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Sullivan looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Jordan with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Jordan is rocked!
Sullivan winds up and cracks Jordan with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bobby Sullivan dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Sullivan lands with an uppercut that bounces Jordan off the cage and back into rage.
Oh Jordan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Sullivan lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Sullivan has a couple of punches blocked by Jordan.

Sullivan gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Sullivan scores with a big shot! Jordan's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Jordan! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
