Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Luck Chidell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Mason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chidell comes to the cage accompanied by Rice Rice Baby. Mason is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Kavinsky - Nightcall. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alex Mason!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy left from Chidell finds it's target.
Chidell bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Mason's head backwards.
Chidell lands a nice shot to the body.
Alex Mason seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chidell lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Chidell misses with a two punch combination.
Mason shoots in for a takedown but Chidell shows good takedown defense.
Mason shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Chidell as he jumps to the side.
Chidell works the jab nicely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Chidell lands a body shot.
Mason gets the takedown into side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Mason is trying to get an arm triangle but Chidell is defending well.
Chidell wants to control but Mason postures up.
Mason trying to control the position but Chidell is working away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chidell is looking to regain half guard here but Mason keeps moving and retains side control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mason is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Chidell is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Mason has hold of Chidell's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Chidell seems comfortable defending it but Mason has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Chidell is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Chidell is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Mason couldn't care less - he's delighted!
