Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Robert Twigg and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Overeem shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Caleb as he avoids it easily.
Caleb tries to clinch but Overeem is having none of it.
Jason Overeem seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Caleb misses the shot to the body.

Caleb lands a nice hook to Overeem's body. Overeem takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Caleb stuffs the takedown attempt from Overeem. Overeem gets slowly back to his feet.
Caleb tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Overeem counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Caleb!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Caleb is squirming around, avoiding Overeem's attempts to control the action.
Caleb is looking to improve his position but Overeem isn't that keen on the idea.

Overeem unloads with some shots from mount but Caleb bucks and avoids them well.

Overeem has control of Caleb's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Caleb regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Overeem swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Caleb is now in Overeem's guard. A big mistake from Overeem there, giving up the dominant position!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Caleb wants to stand and escape but instead Overeem has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Overeem drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Overeem as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Caleb screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Overeem! Nice submission victory there!
