Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Frank Morris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takanori Gomez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morris comes to the cage accompanied by Kane - No Surrender. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomez needs to keep his hands up - Morris had a free shot at his head there.

Gomez throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Morris tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Gomez is in Morris's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Morris got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gomez has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Morris has managed to get both his arms back between Gomez's legs - danger averted.

Gomez is looking for a choke. Morris gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. Morris manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard.
