PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kung Lao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rusty Everson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lao's entrance music is Mortal Kombat. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lao pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Everson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lao pinned against the cage. Lao gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Everson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Everson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lao's waist but Lao gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Everson off to one side.
Kung Lao has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rusty Everson.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kung Lao will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
