Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sven Liljedahl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Perseus Danae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liljedahl comes to the cage accompanied by Imperiet - Märk hur vår skugga. Danae has chosen Labyrinth - Thunder as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danae misses the jab.

It looks like Perseus Danae has been cut.
Liljedahl fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Danae takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Danae pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Danae misses the shot to the body.
Liljedahl throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

and Liljedahl counters with a nice leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Liljedahl scores with a sloppy right hand. Danae should have avoided that one.

Danae has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Liljedahl.

That's one minute gone in the round.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Danae crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Liljedahl - the referee stops the clock and Danae gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Liljedahl. Danae manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Liljedahl lets loose with a powerful body kick. Danae will feel that in the morning.
Liljedahl lands with a thumping leg kick.
Liljedahl thuds his shin into the meat of Danae's side.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Liljedahl looks to land a body kick but Danae moved away.
Liljedahl keeps Danae at a distance using the push kick.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Liljedahl.
Liljedahl lands a leg kick that knocks Danae off balance momentarily.

That kick from Liljedahl tenderised Danae's leg. Danae is trying to keep his angry face on.

That has opened up Perseus Danae's cut even more.
Danae takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Danae chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Liljedahl can pounce on him.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Liljedahl.
Perseus Danae seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Liljedahl lands a big uppercut and Danae crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Danae looks OK. Liljedahl waves Danae back to his feet!

Danae is rocked!

The cut above Perseus Danae's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Liljedahl scores with a shot to the body.
Danae is still on wobbly legs! Can Liljedahl finish him?
Liljedahl throws a nice outside leg kick.
Danae seems to have recovered his senses.
Danae has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Liljedahl.

Liljedahl feints and then cracks Danae's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Danae down.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Liljedahl.
Liljedahl bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Perseus Danae's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Danae's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Liljedahl looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Liljedahl lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Liljedahl dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Danae. That did some damage!
