Nogueira's entrance music is The Rolling Stones - Gimme Shelter. A fine choice. John Johnson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Nogueira lands an impressive looking overhand right. Johnson doesn't seem phased though.

Johnson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Johnson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Nogueira manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Johnson manages to get himself to full guard.
Johnson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nogueira. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Nogueira has his foot on Johnson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Johnson works his way back into a safe position though.

Nogueira had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Johnson is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Nogueira Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Johnson's back instead.

Johnson is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Nogueira has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Johnson is looking to defend but Nogueira has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Johnson! Nogueira pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Johnson taps out and this one is all over!
