Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mansur Abdel Salam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Li might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Fabolous - 'Breathe'. Abdel Salam has chosen PRO PAIN - SHINE as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abdel Salam swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Abdel Salam lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Li shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Li shoots in but Abdel Salam avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Li changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Abdel Salam tries to avoid it but Li manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Abdel Salam to the ground. Abdel Salam escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for William Li. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Abdel Salam lands a nice shot that snaps Li's head back.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

William Li seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Li tries for a takedown but Abdel Salam sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Abdel Salam stuffs the takedown attempt from Li. Li gets slowly back to his feet.
Li throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Abdel Salam's waist but Abdel Salam gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Li off to one side.

and Abdel Salam counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Li badly! He tries to strike back but Abdel Salam puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Li out cold! Oh man, Li will never hear the end of this one!
