Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hank Blair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathaniel Edwards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blair comes to the cage accompanied by Bullet by Creed. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edwards misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Blair bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Edwards's head.
Edwards tries to close the distance and clinch but Blair swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Blair uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Edwards has time to react.

It looks like Nathaniel Edwards has been cut.
Edwards doesn't manage to clinch there - Blair circles away.
A punch combination from Blair misses.
Blair connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Edwards shoots for a double leg takedown but Blair sprawls well. He's pushed Edwards's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Edwards is trying hard to land a takedown here. Blair sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Hank Blair has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nathaniel Edwards.
Blair bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Edwards's head.
Blair displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Edwards.
Edwards throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Blair's waist but Blair gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Edwards off to one side.
Blair walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Edwards drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Blair swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Edwards's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Hank Blair decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
