Givens has chosen Slaughtered as his entrance music. Tommy Givens looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Givens misses the jab.
Givens misses with a series of wild punches.
Givens lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Block backs up against the cage.
Givens misses with a hook. Block ducked under it nicely.
Givens waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Block.
Block looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Givens is fending him off so far but Block persists. Nope, Givens circles away and we're back to standing.
Givens connects with a looping right hand.
Block fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Block is trying hard to land a takedown here. Givens sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Christian Block. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Block tries to score a power double leg takedown but Givens sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Block somewhat.
Block fails with a takedown attempt.

Givens throws a jab when Block was well out of range.
Givens looks to land a left hand but Block moved out of range nicely.
Givens misses with a hook

and Block counters with a takedown into side control.

Block tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Block has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Block has hold of Givens 's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Givens seems comfortable defending it but Block has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Givens is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Givens is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Block couldn't care less - he's delighted!
