Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Santiago Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Haloti Gnata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Garcia comes to the cage accompanied by Akon - Champion. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Santiago Garcia!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Haloti Gnata!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Eddie Farnsworth and Jorge Garcia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia is looking to clinch.
Gnata lands a two punch combo.

It looks like Santiago Garcia has been cut.

Gnata catches Garcia napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Garcia to the canvas!

Garcia is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Gnata throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Garcia works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Oh Garcia is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gnata is looking to work some ground and pound but Garcia has wrist control.

Garcia has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gnata can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Garcia seems to have got his legs back now.

Let's hope that Gnata has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Haloti Gnata hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Garcia dodges the punch combination from Gnata.
Gnata misses with a double jab.

enabling Gnata to counter with a crisp jab.
Garcia shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gnata sprawls well. Gnata wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Garcia gets slowly back to his feet.
Gnata scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Gnata looks to land a combination but Garcia avoids it well.
Gnata connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Garcia fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Gnata drops Garcia with a straight right hand, right on the button! Gnata follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Haloti Gnata!
After the fight, Haloti Gnata was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
