The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good standup being displayed there by Hall as he connects with a hook.

It looks like Maxwell Hickman has been cut.
Hickman throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hall connects with a good right hand that stumbles Hickman. Hickman circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Horrible takedown by Hickman or perhaps it was just good defense by Hall which made him look bad.
Hickman doesn't manage to clinch there - Hall circles away.
Hickman wants to clinch up but Hall keeps it at a distance.

Hall moves into range and clinches up with Hickman.
Come on Hall - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hall lands a hook that snaps the head of Hickman backwards.
Hickman takes a shot to the head.
Hickman is trying to force a seperation but Hall has the dominant position.
Hall avoiding damage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hickman looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Hall scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Hall working some nice short punches in the clinch.

Hickman is rocked!
Hall unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Hickman! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Hall is unloading with more strikes now! Hickman drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
