Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Bateman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Todd Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones has chosen The Game, 50 Cent - Hate It Or Love It as his entrance music. Patrick Bateman could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Todd Jones's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Todd Jones!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bateman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Jones has a takedown stuffed.
Jones slips a jab and a cross from Bateman.
Jones with a lazy takedown attempt
and Bateman counters with a straight right hand.
Jones with a poor takedown
and Bateman counters with a left to the body.
Patrick Bateman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Todd Jones.
Bateman lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jones circles away quickly and effectively.
Jones shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bateman as he avoids it easily.
Bateman closes the distance and pushes Jones back into the cage.
Bateman breaks from the clinch.
Bateman leaves Jones with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Bateman throws a nice looking combination but Jones bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jones shoots in and drives through. Bateman sprawls well.
Jones doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Bateman counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Jones looks gassed!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bateman stuffs the takedown attempt from Jones. Jones gets slowly back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bateman lands a head shot.
Bateman looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Bateman throws a series of punches but Jones avoids them all with ease.
Jones shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Bateman counters with a nice uppercut.
Bateman fails to land with a series of punches.
Jones tries for a takedown but Bateman circles away easily
and Jones takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bateman scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
It looks like Todd Jones has been cut.
Bateman lands with a nice body punch.
Bateman scores with a jab to the head.
Bateman misses with a wild combination.
Bateman throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bateman tries to bum rush Jones with a series of wild strikes but Jones uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jones misses with a takedown
and Bateman counters with a head kick that drops Jones to the mat! Jones scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Jones is rocked!
Bateman misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

and Bateman counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Bateman.
Bateman's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Bateman lands a big head kick that sends Jones tumbling to the mat! Bateman takes a step backwards and waves Jones back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Bateman finish him?
Bateman throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bateman has managed to clinch.
Bateman lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Jones backwards.
Bateman escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bateman throws a powerful right kick. Jones tried to block low but the kick was high! Jones was taken right off of his feet! Bateman jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Patrick Bateman!
Patrick Bateman decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
