Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gassimatt Low (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jade Malikai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Malikai comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Big in Japan - Guano Apes kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Gassimatt Low has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Low moves into the clinch.
Malikai lands a nice knee to the body.

Malikai gets control of Low's arms and successfully pulls guard. Malikai will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Malikai is trying to control the position but Low postures up.
Low wants to get up but he can't break Malikai's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Malikai lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Low!
Low on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Low tries to get out of the position.
Malikai wants to take Low's back but he can't do it this time.

Malikai's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Low is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Malikai has taken his back!
Malikai has good solid back control here.

Malikai is persistently looking for the submission but Low is defending it well.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Malikai has got one arm under Low's chin. This could be trouble... Low trying to control the other hand but Malikai gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Low has tapped out! The fight is over!
