The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sosa showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Thompson.

Sosa clinches up with Thompson and pushes him back against the cage.
Sosa gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Sosa fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

With the fighters up against the cage, Sosa throws an elbow but misses.
Thompson wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Sosa has Thompson pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Thompson manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Sosa turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Thompson tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Sosa presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Sosa swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
