Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Justin Fighter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sinister Mayhem!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fighter wants it to stay on the feet.
Fighter misses with a two punch combination.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Mayhem drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Fighter utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Mayhem controls from within his opponent's guard.
Mayhem throws a big right hand that misses.
Fighter is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Mayhem is controlling him.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mayhem wants to control from the top but Fighter keeps moving.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Mayhem avoids the body shot from Fighter.
Mayhem closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Fighter gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Fighter looking for a sweep. Not yet Fighter, not yet.
Mayhem throws an elbow that misses. Fighter uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Mayhem's guard. Nice move by Fighter!

Fighter trying to control the position from guard on top but Mayhem is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Fighter stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mayhem swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Fighter is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Fighter catches Mayhem with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Fighter misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Mayhem gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Fighter misses with a series of wild punches.
Fighter is breathing heavily.

Mayhem darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Mayhem lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Fighter is looking for a sweep. Mayhem is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Fighter is trying to maintain the position but Mayhem is very close to passing his half guard.
Mayhem with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Mayhem looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Fighter with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Fighter looks like he's trying to stand up.

Mayhem is looking to take a break and control but Fighter is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Mayhem throws a strike but Fighter avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Mayhem loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Mayhem is looking to work some ground and pound but Fighter has wrist control.
Mayhem with a flurry of punches that miss.
This has been an exciting period of action!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mayhem accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Fighter is looking to stand up but Mayhem isn't so interested in that idea.
Fighter can't keep his opponent in guard - Mayhem advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!



Mayhem closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Mayhem lands in his opponent's guard.
Mayhem wants to control from the top but Fighter keeps moving.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mayhem drops his hands momentarily and Fighter takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Mayhem cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mayhem lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Oh Fighter is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Mayhem takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Mayhem unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Fighter wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Mayhem celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:37 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sinister Mayhem!
