PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Snoop Dogg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Denis Sindler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sindler is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Pudzian Band-Dawaj na ring. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Snoop Dogg!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Denis Sindler!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Donald Grub and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dogg jabs Sindler to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Sindler takes a head kick and keeps coming.


It looks like Denis Sindler has been cut.

Dogg moves into the clinch successfully.
Sindler takes a knee to the side of the body.

Dogg has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Sindler uses from the top position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sindler is fighting to break Dogg's control of his arms but Dogg is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Dogg wants to sweep here but Sindler controlling him for the moment.

Dogg kicks Sindler off and gets to his feet.
Dogg stuffs the takedown.
Nice sprawl there from Dogg as Sindler shoots in.

Dogg moves into range and clinches up with Sindler.

Dogg pulls guard effortlessly.

Dogg looking for a sweep. Not yet Dogg, not yet.
Sindler stops Dogg from standing up.
Dogg on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Dogg tries to get out of the position.
Dogg pulls Sindler in close to his closed guard and prevents Sindler from doing any damage or advancing position.
Sindler wants to control from the top but Dogg keeps moving.
Sindler is in close to Dogg's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Sindler trying to control the position from guard on top but Dogg is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Denis Sindler.

Dogg has managed to clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Dogg ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Dogg no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Dogg tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Dogg has control of Sindler's left arm, preventing Sindler from doing any damage.
Dogg's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Sindler won't allow Dogg to sweep him here.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Dogg throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Dogg wants to sweep but no luck.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sindler wants to control from the top but Dogg keeps moving.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Denis Sindler hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Dogg has closed the distance and engaged Sindler in a clinch.
Dogg connects with a nasty looking knee right to Sindler's face.

Dogg manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Sindler got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dogg has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sindler has managed to get both his arms back between Dogg's legs - danger averted.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Dogg looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Connects with an elbow from the bottom, proving to the judges that he's still active off his back.

Dogg is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Dogg has his foot on Sindler's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sindler works his way back into a safe position though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sindler trying to control but Dogg is working from the bottom.
Sindler might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Dogg kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Snoop Dogg dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Denis Sindler's cut.
That's time! Back to the action!


Sindler drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Sindler shoots for a double leg takedown but Dogg sprawls well. He's pushed Sindler's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Nice takedown defense from Sindler. No joy for Dogg on that attempt.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Dogg's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Sindler lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dogg circles away quickly and effectively.
Snoop Dogg is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Some bone on bone action there as Dogg checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Sindler looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Dogg forces Sindler back against the cage and clinches.
Dogg looking for a takedown.

Sindler dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Sindler is breathing heavily.
Dogg blocks an elbow strike from Sindler.
Dogg taking a breather.
Sindler fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Snoop Dogg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Denis Sindler.

Dogg breaks the clinch.
Sindler takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.


Sindler is rocked!
Sindler walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Dogg swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Snoop Dogg!
