The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sword swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Bot fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sword swats away the attempt to clinch by Bot.
Bot scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Bot dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Bot scores with a body shot.
Sword misses with a right hand
and Bot connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Sword fails with a takedown attempt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sword slaps away a takedown attempt from Bot, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Bot shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sword but Sword pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Bot.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Bot wants to control but Sword is keeping him busy.

Bot fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Sword can't do much from the bottom here.
Bot trying to control the position but Sword is working away.

Bot goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Sword rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Bot's guard! Nice work there by Sword!
Bot looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Sword pushes down on Bot's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Sword is thwarting Bot's attempts to control the position.
Sword lands strikes from half guard.

Sword passes the guard and advances to mount!
Sword wants to control the pace but Bot is squirming around nicely.
Bot is looking to improve his position but Sword isn't that keen on the idea.
Sword is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Bot is in a horrible position here. Sword smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sword has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Sword postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! Bot is out cold - huge knockout for Sword!
