The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pushkar misses the shot to the body.
Mo azzame Enqelab throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Pushkar closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Mo azzame Enqelab's guard.

A looping hook to the body misses from Pushkar. Mo azzame Enqelab does a little dance to reset his feet.
No joy there for Pushkar, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Pushkar looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Mo azzame Enqelab is looking for a sweep. Pushkar is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Rahbare Mo azzame Enqelab has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Mo azzame Enqelab misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Pushkar.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Benedikt Pushkar. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pushkar changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mo azzame Enqelab tries to avoid it but Pushkar manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mo azzame Enqelab to the ground. Mo azzame Enqelab escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Pushkar counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Benedikt Pushkar will probably get the nod.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pushkar postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Mo azzame Enqelab in real trouble here! The ref calls for Mo azzame Enqelab to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
